By ordering me you are agreeing to my Terms of Services.
These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice.

NO: NSFW, Mechas, Realism, ArmorsGENERAL:
- If I'm not comfortable with the commission, I have the right to decline it for any reason.
- Please note my drawing style before placing your order.
- Making changes to a finished illustration leads to additional charges, it does not apply in case of errors made by me.
- Commissions are for personal use only, unless commercial rights are purchased
- Your commission may take more or less time depending on the amount of commissions in the wait-list. Please be patient.PAYMENTS:
- My Ko-fi Page or Paypal. (I prefer Ko-fi).
- Payment are in advance, please make sure you have the money before paying.
- Partial payments (50/50) are only accepted in case the total commission price is above $50 usd.
- Prices will not be reduced for any reason.
- Mistakes made by the artist will be corrected free of charge.
- Depending on the complexity of the characters or details, they may require an increase in the base price of the order.REVISIONS:
- When you begin the sketching/rough lineart process, you will have 3 opportunities to change anything about the commission.
- Then the lineart and base color will be made and sent to you so you can make 2 change.
- Once the lineart and base colors are ready, a screenshot with watermark will be shown to verify if the color palette used is correct.
- Upon confirmation that everything is OK, your full commission will be sent to you!DEADLINES AND DELIVERY:
- It usually takes 72 hours to 1 week depending on the workload and the size of your commission.
- Likewise, I contact the client first after confirming their commission to finalize all the details before starting to sketch.
- If you do want a rush order the fees may apply.
- You will receive a full resolution digital file. No physical item will be delivered.
- You only provided digital files in the sizes specified in the commission price, unless otherwise specified by the client.
- All orders are delivered by email and/or discord.USE:
- I retain copyright. Commissions are for personal use only.
- The only exception to this rule are emote and badge commissions for Twitch or other streaming platforms that are already listed as Commercial Use commission.
- Commercial Use fees do not transfer ownership of my work. More details:
1. Personal use:
- Use for Thumbnails/ Schedules/ Videos/ Streams.Print or frame the artwork (Only personal use).The client may not re-sell or transfer the artwork.
2. Commercial Use:
- Carries an extra cost of 50%.It can be used for the production of digital and physical merchandise.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS:
- All drawings made by the artist belong to the artist.
- Excluding commissioners, don't repost, edit, trace, claim or profit off my artworks.
- I forbid my art be used for NFTs or AI art.REFUNDS:
- Full refunds are only made if I have not started with the order. In case of having started with the illustration, the refund will be partial based on what has been worked on.COMMUNICATION

By purchasing an adoptable you are choosing to agree to the terms of service below.
These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice.

PAYMENT:
• Paypal (USD - Invoice only) or my KO-FI.
• Full payment only.
• No refunds.
• After winning the highest bid or choosing Auto buy, I’ll contact you and ask for your paypal email address to send an invoice or my ko-fi page, if you don’t reply within 24 hours, I’ll resell/contact the next highest bidder.
• After sending an invoice or the confirmation of my ko-fi page, you have to pay within 24 hours. If fail to do so, I’ll resell/contact the next highest bidder.
• After fully paid, I’ll send over the high-resolution jpg + png file (transparent background).
• For commercial use, the price will always be higher.USE:
• Personal use only.
• You can use/draw a design only after purchasing it.
• You can draw your bought design as many times as you want.
• You can add stories to the adopt.
• You can’t use the design commercially unless paid for commercial price
• You are not allow to remove my watermark.RESELLING:
• Gifting, trading and re-selling are allowed.
• Reselling must be the same price or lower, cannot be more than the original price.
• When re-selling, please let me know so I can change the status of the owner.
• Re-sold designs will not be eligible for commercial use.GENERAL:
• I can use the design as a portfolio and post the artwork on my sites.
• All orders are delivered by email.
• I retain copyright. Adopts are for personal use only.
• The only exception to this rule is if you paid off the amount for commercial use.
• Commercial Use fees do not transfer ownership of my work.
• The client has permission to publish the adopts on their websites / social networks, but they are not allowed to declare themselves as the creator of it.
